Wide rubber suspenders attach with clips, adjust with heavy buckles. Determining the size you will need: Measure from your front belt loop to your rear center belt loop. These suspenders have about 2" leeway either way. SMALL= 40"; MEDIUM = 44"; LARGE = 50"; EXTRA LARGE = 54".
